We are a 5th generation (‘G5’) reputation management consultancy. We secure transformative outcomes for our clients in business and brand development, using bespoke and unique systems and skills. Our aim is to combine relentless execution with value for money, free of legacy methods and costs.
We run a partner and associate model with a core executive staff at our Mayfair offices, so we can match expertise to our clients’ requirements not to our employed resource basis like the obvious big agencies with which we primarily compete.
Our seniors are drawn from backgrounds in marketing, board executive, academe, the media and the security and defence communities. All our “juniors” have at least five years relevant communications and/or public affairs experience; no “green peas”.
We have been privileged to leverage our commercial and other contacts in the last challenging year of the Covid public health crisis. For the first months, our focus was properly on the UK, our home market, and we played a role in supporting new entrant medtech businesses in to the market place, and making key introductions to supplier and sellers of equipment in short supply.
Since, we have widened our network to serve our global, blue chip corporate and government client base with advice on sourcing of key supplies and counterparties. We advise various of the leading medtech and other platforms who have stepped up to serve governments, health services, and the private sector. We have also enabled our clients to build direct and engaged business relationships, in this cause.
We are known for our commitment to principles of fair, transparent, and sustainable relationships, never more than now to secure the maximum benefit to people and societies as we deal with the virus and its consequences.

Senior Adviser, Middle East & Africa
Former career diplomat, principally in Middle East and African posts. Adviser to Inter Mediate, founded by a former 10 Downing Street Chief of Staff to resolve conflict internationally. Ian has a digital perimeter and memetic campaign business, is a fluent Arabist and works on government clients directly and via Firehouse. He is currently engaged via Firehouse on a Big 4 accounting firm mandate in the Middle East.

Jeffries leads Firehouse’s Trade and Regulatory work. He is currently CEO of Transatlantic Business Britain and former CEO of BritishAmerican Business Council and BritishAmerican Business. He provides strategic and technical advice to a wide range of clients including multinationals and trade associations on policy, regulatory, market entry and FDI and trade policy challenges and opportunities. He has wide experience and strong networks linking London, Brussels, and the Americas and a background in multinational business, law and international trade association leadership. Jeffries has extensive experience in devising and running high-profile regulatory and communications campaigns through all stages from thought leadership, position drafting, industry consensus and standards formation, to outreach and communications, both domestically and across multiple geographies.

As one of Europe’s leading communication coaches he works globally with senior business leaders, government ministers and corporate teams.

Jeremy Murphy is the founder of 360bespoke, a media agency that provides public relations, content development, reputation management and crisis communications for clients in categories such as luxury, arts, fashion/ beauty, hospitality, travel, media, start-ups and entrepreneurs.
